Sun-kissed Trek

P1010250P1010251
Our trek began on a bright, hot sweltering day.

P1010258P1010263
We prepared ourselves mentally for long the journey ahead.

P1010264P1010265
Through rolling green hills where native citizens on wheel-like contraptions zip by.

P1010269P1010274
With aged trees and growing leaves whispering secrets of the sun.

P1010279P1010280
"One step at a time.
 Follow the paved path ahead.
Pass the red brick road...", they said.

P1010319P1010317
We were lulled by patches of shades promising respite from the sun.

P1010357P1010361
And got caught by the whipping tentacles of death!

P1010342P1010339
Pretty yellow denizens helped free us, guided by the wise white fingers.

P1010308P1010345
We escaped and chanced upon the corridors of roving shadows.

P1010353
Where our shadows came to life!

P1010367P1010373
The shadows provided us food and guided us to the lamp of freedom.

P1010374
And warned us never to come back...for we have been branded.

P1010376
We found our ship at last.

P1010380
And found ourselves...kissed by the sun.
